I had to re-install Windows 10. I re-installed Firefox Web Browser and installed the Honey Extension. I cannot activate the Honey icon and I cannot access any Honey websites. The Honey button is grayed out and webpages come up blank when I try to access them and sign on. Any ideas as to what the problem is and how to remedy it?
