Startup times have increased significantly on Windows in the past 2 beta releases.

Startup times have gone from about 30 seconds to about 2.5 to 3 minutes on my Windows 10 machines with the past 2 beta releases. FireFox loads up quickly, but no auto-open tabs are loaded, nor are manually typed URLs loaded, until about 3 minutes after launch.
