can't get to about.config to check on tls setting

Trying to to check my TLS setting and need to disable 1.0 and 1.1 and enable 1.2 and 1.3 for a program to sync with my Quickbooks. When I type in about.config to get there...it tells me "can't connect to server"??

It is about:config with a Colon : and not a period .

A useful about: url to remember is about:about as it lists all valid about: urls for that version including about:config

TLS 1.3 has been the max by default since Fx 60.0 release.
