Norton IS vault won't allow me to close it once opened unless I close & restart Firefox???

I'm running Windows 7, Norton360 & Mozilla Firefox. I open Norton Vault in the morning, stays open for a few hours, all ok. When I want to log out of Vault, I click on the icon & nothing happens..I can't get the drop down menu. Only solution is to close Firefox, then re-open, then I can close the vault. Very annoying! Please help anyone.

It might be best if you asked about that in the Norton Support forum. https://support.norton.com/

Very few support contributors around here use any Norton products at all and probably wouldn't be able to help you.
