cant open one page of my e-mail thru fire fox
e-mail is freezing up and can't jump from one e-mail page to another but one won't open, it seems blocked. Can open the e-mail page thru internet explorer.

If it is web mail, please try to delete the cache in either browsers. How to clear the Firefox cache
Depending on the error message it could be a Firewall issue Configure firewalls so that Firefox can access the Internet however if it is hanging with more than one site, this may be helpful: Firefox hangs or is not responding - How to fix
