I have tried Safe Mode after Firefox Restart and Third - Party are already enabled. The check box for privacy policy is above, then a Blank Box, and then 'Type the text ' Box. I can not setup (Create Account) Firefox Sync via: Tools> Setup Sync> Create A New Account> Account Details

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
