Are annoying pop-ups asking to update browser from new extension MinimummPriCe or something else I can remove?

I'm repeatedly getting pop-ups to update browser or download manager or video player, some from SPARK... or SYSTWEK... or UPDATENOWPRO....

I tried to remove new extensions: MinimumPPricea and BrouwsEe2save.

I never click on the links displayed but have to delete the pop-ups constantly.
