hello jeremy22, all your added services like the sidebar should be listed in the addons manager. you can go to them directly by typing about:addons?service into the address bar, and remove them from there...

Is it a page opening in Firefox's sidebar, or a sidebar (column) in a web page?

Normally, web pages do not open in Firefox's sidebar. However, there is a way to save a bookmark so that instead of opening in the main page it opens in the sidebar. If you are using a bookmark when this happens, right-click the bookmark and choose Properties. Note: if Properties is grayed out when you right-click a bookmark on the meny, try right-clicking it in the Bookmarks Sidebar (Ctrl+b opens and closes the Bookmarks Sidebar).

Look for a checkbox at the lower left:

[ ] Load this bookmark in the sidebar

Make sure it is unchecked.
