Firefox hang on start

Firefox hang on start only when the laptop is in my enterprise network. The proxy is configured by a proxy.pac. Firefox will start normally if i remove the proxy from the configuration. Other browsers (IE) will start correctly with the same proxy configuration.

The problem is not presistent, but happens only sometimes.
