Hi,

I am having problems with an image on my website www.sanomag.com.au.

The image in the left sidebar (green "all-in-one advertising" ad-box) is not appearing on Firefox. It appears fine on Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. I believe it might be to do with a coding problem because I checked and images aren't blocked for that site or any site on Firefox.

Can you please help me out?

Thanks!

No problem with that image in Firefox.
This image has 'ad' in the name, so make sure that you do not have ad-blocking extensions or software that have rules that get triggered by such a name.

It is usually best to avoid names that are blocked automatically in extensions like Adblock Plus by popular filters sets.

In case it's a cache issue, try reloading with Ctrl+Shift+r to bypass cached files.

Thanks cor-el!! That was the problem! We changed the name of the image and it miraculously appeared on the site!

Thanks, we really appreciate it! That had us completely stumped! :)
