Firefox Tooltip Problem

I open the first window and the tooltip doesn't show.

It shows when I open the second window.

After I close all the windows and I left one window, it still doesn't show.

I'm using Firefox 19.0.2 and Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.
