I was switching to Firefox as I have been experiencing problems with my Internet Explorer crashing. But, when I go to my Hotmail account, the inbox appears but I cannot open any of my e-mails. I don't know what else I can explain. The e-mail list appears, but when I double click on any e-mail, nothing happens. I think the word "done" appears at the bottom left corner of the screen and then some long address thing???? But I cannot open an e-mail.
