I have RoboForm Lite 2.1.0 installed but everything is greyed out on the toolbar and nothing works

Found this in the add-on's comments and it worked for me:

"There should be a RoboForm icon to the far right near the home & faves button on Firefox (NOT the RoboForm menu - this is a different icon). If you click on that you'll be prompted for your online username and password, and then the toolbar will be enabled."
