Under File, Why I can't high light the Import button in order to transfer my favorites from Internet Explorer?

I followed the help section on how to Import my favorites from IE 9. I dropped the File window. I tried to high light the Import box. It will not high light. What do I need to do. This is my first day with Firefox. Not too happy.

Make sure you are not in the Private Browsing Mode:

Tools > Options > Privacy > Custom Settings

and UNCHECK the Private Browsing Mode

silkphoenix.have tried all of the suggestions as suggested and still cannot import bookmarks etc.running ie9 and have updated to firebox 4.0.1
