a pull down box is not displaying it's contents. How can I fix this

I was in spirit airlines site and wanted to select the departure city. When I clicked on the city, the site displayed an empty box with no cities to select from. the destination did the same thing. IE works fine

Reload the web page and bypass the cache with:

  • Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)

You may need to clear the cookies from that website as well.

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
