Setting a (corporate) Persona for all users

Hi,

I've designed a corporate Firefox persona and would like to either

a) set it as the default persona when a user first opens Firefox b) roll it out to all existing users of Firefox where they have not had this persona applied before

I'm on a Windows Active Directory network and all clients are WinXP/Win7 and have Firefox 3.6 installed.

Does anyone have an idea of how I can achieve this?

You can do that for new users via a file user.js in the default template folder for new profiles. 

C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\defaults\profile\
