The bar at the top of the page which includes: file, bookmarks, tools, etc, no longer appears on my home page.

There is a line at the very top of the home page that gives you the choice of: File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, and Help. I use Foxfire on 2 computers. This line appears on my laptop and used to appear on this computer but, no longer does. It allowed my to print and find my bookmarks etc. I can no longer do this. I do not know of any thing I did to cause it to go away.
