I can't do downloads or use Roboform. Firefix just hangs.

When I try to do a download, the download box opens and then hangs. It won't do anything or close. If I try to use Roboform, nothing happens when I click on fill forms. Websites are loading very slowly. I tried reinstalling Firefox and Roboform, but neither helped.

I am thinking this could bei a lag in your internet. try seeing if this problem is in all of your browsers.

Internet Explorer works fine. It seems like whenever Firefox opens a pop up box, it hangs up.

I have never had that problem try searching the firefox support website for your problem.

I have same problem. I found it has something to do with the Norton Internet Security update. When I temporarily disable the Web settings in Norton Roboform works properly. Is there a way to undo the plug-in update for Norton?
