can't use bank website

I'm having trouble using my bank's website. Sometimes I can't log on (error messages) or I can log on and can't use certain features. The bank is Regions. The site works with other browsers. Is there some setting on the latest Firefox that needs to be adjusted? The articles I've read don't help. Thanks.

Me again. Look Mozilla, if I have to download and use another browser to access my bank/financial institutions, as I've seen other people talk about here, then how is it worth it for me to keep Firefox? I'm on a PC, Win 10, completely updated FF. Apparently no other browser has this problem. Is it a setting? About:Config? Anyone have a clue?
