Thunderbird Error Message (attached). Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent because connecting to the Outgoing server (SMTP) cs15.uhcloud.com failed. The server may be unavailable or is refusing SMTP connections. Please verify that your Outgoing server (SMTP) settings are correct and try again.


What is the phone number for support?

Your email provider probably has a phone number because you are probably paying for the service. Thunderbird, on the other hand, is free and does not have a support number. So, if you post full screenshots of SMTP settings and also one of incoming settings, someone here may have suggestions. Thank you.
