My daughters school has an on-line web portal and my daughter is unable to watch her school videos via Firefox. We can view them using Chrome & Edge. Please advise. I've watched and attempted to resolve the issue via the most current prescribed fixes on Google / Youtube and none of them have worked. Please advise. I'm running your Window MSIX package / mozilla-MSIX - 1.0 / 102.0.1 (64-bit).

You will need to provide us steps to replicate the issue because we cannot see the problem. Also provide screenshots of errors.
