on forefox browser i am getting this error for videos if playback doesn't begin shortly, try restarting your device. youtube and streaming service like prime video i am having same issue and on other browsers videos plays .

I got the same message more times also since version 78. Telling to restart the device wasn't good and not neccessary. I only needed to reload the tab one time and the video worked. Maybe this will help also for you.
