I'm trying to install my 5-license vpn on a second computer. I can't find the install file. When I emailed the install file to the user of the second family member on my network, it keeps defaulting to the "make a payment" window. I ALREADY PAID FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION. How the heck do I install it on the second machine? I can't find the answer anywhere. VERY FRUSTRATED !!!!!!!!!!

Hello,

Go to vpn.mozilla.org on your second computer and simply sign in to the Firefox account you used with your Mozilla VPN subscription and it will automatically add it to your devices. Then the application should work normally. You can have up to 5 devices on a single subscription.
