After updating to Version 78.3.1 the German language package is not compatible any more. No new Language packages are shown in the Selection-Menu but Catalan!?

The language packs are available in the xpi subdirectory of the Linux releases, e.g. for TB 78.3.1,

https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/78.3.1/linux-x86_64/xpi/

These packs work in Windows, OS X and Linux. After installation, the language can be selected in Options/General/Language.
