restore Cairo as rendering backend

Please restore Cairo as a rendering backend for Firefox. As you can see from the following screenshots, text renders much better with it than without it, even with MacType installed and running. The first screenshot shows a web page in IceDragon, which still has Cairo. The second shows the same page in Firefox 69, which doesn't. The difference should be quite obvious.
