Every time I try to download a file from most sites, I get a little yellow dot on the download icon which indicates that the download failed. It does not matter what web site I try to download a file from, it ALWAYS fails. Please fix ASAP.

You have to give a example for others to verify the problem and if you have adblockers you need to disable them to see where the problem is coming from.
