I have an AT&T email account. AT&T has advised me to get a new browser since they will no longer support my current browser: IE11. I have downloaded Firefox, which was one of the browsers recommended by AT&T. How do I go about moving my email account to Firefox so AT&T recognizes the change?

Your email account and all your email is stored with AT&T, not with "Firefox" or Mozilla. Just sign in to AT&T while using Firefox and view your email.
