amey, This module is obsolete with this version of Firefox and require Firebug as a dependency but Firebug extension isn't being developed or maintained any longer. I recommend you to use the Firefox built-in DevTools instead.

Do your problem concerns the + button behavior to see what is in the document?

yes the + button does not expand the document. today morning I update the firefox to 56 and after that getting this problem.
