moving from one provider to another, how can I move contacts?

I am leaving time warner cable road runner service and am attaching myself to zoom internet.net. Can I move my contacts? It will still be thunderbird.

Thunderbird address books are local to your computer. Switching providers has no effect. If your contact are in an address book on your providers site then you need to do something about that.
