how to stop media.mediasource.enabled from resetting every time I restart firefox?
I noticed when I went to youtube certain videos still had the flash controls so I checked about:config and it showed that media.mediasource.enabled was set to false again.
Now everytime I restart it resets.

I've found the problem, it was probably youtube without DASH, the addon. I enabled that to get better buffering but it changed the setting.
Back to regular buffering I guess.

Note: Some software, like Advanced SystemCare with Surfing Protection, can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.
