Is there a possibility of a plugin getting blocked by firefox despite activating it?
I have a custom plugin. When I give it permission to activate, only a blank screen shows up where a viewer should populate. This problem is native to windows 10 but not across all systems. On some systems, it activates and renders just fine. Any idea why this might be happening?

It's a plugin that launches a viewer to view a file embedded in a html file. It looks like the viewer is getting blocked despite allowing the plugin to run.
Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open the Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control>(Mac=<Command>) <Shift> A)
On the left side of the page, select Plugins. Make sure the ones you want to use are set to Ask or Allow.
Go to the web page. Once the page is loading, mouse to the address bar and Left click the icon. Select Permissions. In the menu, Make sure the ones you want to use are set to Ask or Allow.
