I need to use Mozilla firefox for my recreated onetel e-mail but this was not already on my laptop. I followed down load instructions but when it came to the last step "sign in to firefox" there didn't seem to be any way to do this. We can't access our e-mails now without Firefox so my only hope is to use the phone! Please may I have a phone no. for Muzilla in UK, my no. is . Clare Callaghan

edit: removed phone# from spambots and public and Mozilla has no call centers for free phone, chat or email support.

Hi, you don't need to sign in to Firefox to use the browser, but if you want to set up an account for Sync etc., you can do it here: https://accounts.firefox.com/signup

If it isn't working properly, did you download it from mozilla.org since from other sites it can come bundled with unwanted junk.

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you!
