I am getting notifications for Firefox updates everyday on both of my computers. I have updated every time, but now it is starting to feel suspicious. This has been going on for six days now. Is this normal?

You posted here with Firefox 39.0, which is the current Beta version. Updates in Beta are like once a week, not daily.

How about on the other computer? Firefox 39 there, too?

The Beta update channel (Help > About and about:support) gets updates twice a week (around Tuesday and Friday).

yes, both computers have FF39 on them, and I still get the update notification daily. I have also uninstalled FF and reinstalled; still the same problem.
