I wanted to use an add on. The site told me I needed to download Firefox, which I thought was odd because I was already using the app. It sent me to the App Store, where I saw I needed to update Firefox. I did so, and went back to the add on page. It was still prompting me to download Firefox. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and am still getting the message that I need to download Firefox to use add ones. It gives me the link to the App Store, which only has the ‘open’ option. When I click that, it just sends me back to the page I have open…which tells me to download Firefox from the App Store.

To whom this may concern,

For the past 2-3 weeks none of the drop down menus I've tried to use have worked. Whenever I try to use one or select something on a drop down menu in mobile, the menu does not register my selection and remains on its default setting/option.

I know it has to be an issue with Firefox iOS specifically because when I opened the page on safari (mobile) the drop down menu worked fine; same with google chrome (ios) and the desktop version of firefox (on mac).

I tried to fix it be clearing my private data and the website data from firefox ios, but it didn't do anything.

I don't know what else to do and it's driving me crazy.

Please help!

PS If it's relevent, my firefox ios is up to date and currently running Firefox 116.3, though the issue was also present in 116.2 and whichever version(s) of firefox was running at the beginning of August 2023.

Just wondering if anyone else is having this curious behavior after updating to FF v112.0 for iOS - every time I quit/ close the FF app, it spawns a new dock shortcut '(even though I already have a valid one from prior use there which works fine!)'.

Is this a bug/ issue that has been noticed/ logged by others as yet?

Can you please reverse this [removed] update off my phone ☎️ None of my apps allow me access without fingerprint or eyescanning which I only have set up on 1 or 2 apps. I have never activated any sort of eye scanner. Yer takin [removed] liberties interfering with my phone ☎️

Before you deny anything it worked before yer update and now it has everything attached to Firefox browser. [removed]

Can I add Firefox and still keep Safari and switch between them? One reason would be that I have so much stuff in Safari—hundreds of tabs open, folders, history—that I wouldn’t want to lose, and even if there’s a way to move it all to Firefox, I’m not sure that I’d trust that nothing would be lost. But there are a number of things I run up against that aren’t compatible with Safari, so I need to have an alternative for those times, without being forced into the googleverse with Chrome. Thanks. Unable to upgrade to Firefox version 100. I click the link in my Firefox email and, there, am prompted to go to the App Store. When I go to the App Store and select “0pen”, nothing happens.

I lost access to my Firefox log in email. I need to change my log in and the primary address. It asks me to go to my list email to get verification before I can add the new email. I need another way to receive a verification. Do I start over completely with a new Firefox account?

I have confirmed my account when I subscribed to your VPN service on July 20 2023 and every time I try to log in it has a problem verifying my account, I have uninstalled and reinstalled VPN app ans still has problem confirming my purchase from July 20 and it is now Aug 7
