Hello all. Since the update to Version 113.0 I have been getting an error in my Event Viewer which is Event 2 Firefox Default Browser Agent . I am now on Version 113.0.1 and still get this error. Firefox is my default browser. Below is an image of what I see in my Event Viewer and also the full view of the event itself. I seem to not be having any problems with the browser but I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on why this is happening or forward to the Devs.

After upgrading firefox to 110.0, WhatsApp web failed to load. I refreshed the browser also as I found one solution on forums, but after QR code came but failed to load the chat.

using firefox version 109 and my internet down load manager no longer works, it works in other browsers but not since updating firefox. not sure if i was successful in posting this request prior to this one so will give it another try. thanks

On this desktop, Etrade will not open. It will open with MS edge (which I don't use) Etrade does open on my notebook. It seems to lockup on the "ensight" loading. This problem started about 3 days ago. I've cleared the cache and cookies twice.

When I close Firefox after the last update (current installed version: 112.0 x64 Windows 10), Firefox creates almost 200 processes (in the latest case 177), each using from 17 MB to 65 MB RAM (except one that is using over 200 MB - I guess the main one) using 100% CPU for about half a minute, and in that my PC is unusable - everything hangs. It takes a bit more time to close all of them.

Any ideas what could be wrong and how to fix it?

How do I add the icon for an add-on which is not shown when I click on "customize toolbar"? When I click customize toolbar the result does not show any of the icons for add-ons/extensions.

New level fire fox 111.0... can not order groceries or check products from grocery store ' MEIJER'.. website is meijer. com.. go to there website and these are examples but could be any product. search for ' milk ' ... milk displays ok, but then you check next item like ' eggs ' goes to a white screen and stays. need to close down fire fox and start over... other Browsers like chrome or edge has no problems . I have always used fire fox for everything and has worked fine. If I go to walmart and check there items.. that website has no problems on firefox.

Since probably 3 or 4 weeks ago Ebay through Firefox has been terribly slow. I have selected the option not to track in the address bar and still the same problem. I run ebay through MS Edge and runs perfectly. Happens to me in 3 out of 4 computers. Only in 1 works ok, very strange...

Speed connection in all of them is at least 200mb/s

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble opening the website https://learnaboutcat.com/. Every time I try to load a full page, an article, or a category, it simply doesn't work. I have Ecosia as the default search engine, but lately it won't let me search as it is stuck on a page saying:

This page does not redirect.

This doesn't happen with Brave.

How can I get Firefox to use Ecosia?

Today Firefox stopped altogether and dimmed the entire window and popped up a "Try the Firefox VPN" message. I use Firefox specifically to get away from disruptive, intrusive violations like that. This needs to be removed immediately and never ever happen again. It's completely antithetical to the core values of Firefox.

I have been trying for a while now to set up a proxy on my own and have Firefox connect to it. Since there are a few options on how this can be accomplished in theory, the only way I way able to get it working was by using an Http Proxy. I looked at the connections Firefox is initiating towards the proxy using Wireshark. I was shocked to say the least. When trying to use an HTTPS Proxy, Firefox doesn't encrypt the connection to the proxy at all. So the domain I'm trying to connect to and the Credentials I use to log into the proxy are visible in cleartext. That is an absolute No-Go! Is there a way I can configure Firefox to encrypt the connection between itself and the proxy? If not, are there any plans on implementing this kind of functionality?

when playing videos, firefox makes the videos much darker and higher contrast than the original videos, as well as maxing out the cpu on my laptop when playing video, started a day ago or so.

By mistake, I close a window with lots of opened tabs and can not get them back. In the past when this happened I went to history but now there's no available option in "recently closed windows".

When I scroll down to look at recent posts on Facebook groups I follow all but the top one has suddenly lost its date/time – I just get a blank where the details would usually be and have to hover over to reveal the details. The silly thing is that this only happens when I sign in and it doesn’t happen when I use chrome – although I prefer using Firefox, not least because the bookmarks sidebar is better. I have tried getting rid of all extensions and running in troubleshoot mode but without success. Any help/advice would be appreciated (as long as it is not about football!)
