This is so very simple and so the fact that it seems impossible to get a straight answer makes me instantly suspicious. Here is the question: What is my location? Simple! In other words, I have Mozilla Firefox installed on a physical device, which HAPPENS to be a desktop computer, not a mobile phone, etc. In other words, it stays here. So why do alllllll the sites act as though I am literally 930 miles...from my actual, physical location! I have NO VPN running...none. Unfortunately, Firefox is using Google location services, WHICH IS THE PROBLEM. I just installed Firefox, instead of Chrome, to solve that problem. I guess THAT was a stupid move, Firefox is worse!

There needs to be a manner in which the USER can INPUT THEIR LOCATION. I'm not trying to "trick" anyone...I'm actually trying to give people ACCURATE INFORMATION which apparently is beyond the capabilities of the internet, to provide.

HELP Please have tried numerous times by instructions given on support. Nothing is working. Can not correct with Dr. Thank you:)

Camera and microphone are blocked. Sessions by Psychology Today requires access to your camera and microphone. Click the camera blocked icon Camera and microphone are blocked. in your browser's address bar and refresh your browser.

When a "+" sign is entered, alone, into address bar, a list of some visited sites instantly appears. How do I delete these sites and prevent sites from being saved in the future?

I've searched everywhere I can find for an answer to this question, or for a place to submit it, and failed.

In Privacy & Security > History I've un-checked all except "Clear history when Firefox closes" which is checked. In > "Address Bar--Firefox Suggest", I've disabled all options.

I clear "Recent History, Everything" (Cookies and Site Settings are left unchecked) frequently.

Since pretty much the beginning of the internet, pop-ups were deemed a significant annoyance, so much so it diminished and ruined the users’ browsing experience and significantly reduced efficiencies. Hence the addition of pop-up blocking settings to all browsers long ago.

However, for some unknown reason Firefox gives Google a free pass and allows their “sign-in” pop-up that pop-ups seemingly on every website you visit where you then have to then manually close the pop-up on pretty much every single website you visit - even though you have the pop-up blocker setting on ( and the only way to turn off a pop-up blocker is to specifically add a website to allow for pop-ups).

This is absolutely horrible and not acceptable. If you have the pop-up setting on, no pop-up should be allowed to get through no matter what it is or the source. If you allow one pop-up to continue then you should be allowing hundreds of thousands of other pop-ups as well. But you wouldn’t as you know this would be unacceptable, but again, somehow Firefox allows Google’s pop-up to go through and it pop-ups on pretty much every single website you visit.

Note that I selected Privacy and Security Setting as the "topic" above as that is were Firefox has it's pop-up setting (and where you can add exceptions to allow pop-ups for specific websites)

I was told by Blue Cross tech support that to regain access to their portal, I need to replace my old Fepblue.org password with a new one within my Firefox browser. How do I do that?? Apparently, the Firefox browser doesn't recognize the new password I submitted to Fepblue. portal. Please help? Thanks

I keep on getting pop-up ads like the one shown. It started only fairly recently. I have done everything that the Internet suggests but still cannot get rid of them. The ads claim to be from google but somehow I feel they come from some malware. But I can't find the malware.

I recently took a hit from potential malware while looking for a owners manual. I now have a popup that looks like the one attached. It looks to be from Mozilla, but I can't be sure. Can you help with this?
