Recently have been unable to access the USPS Website from any of my Firefox Browsers. Firefox displays the following Message:

You do not have permission to access this page If you have found this page in error, please contact support Reference:10593116689666961403465577003670526342620034968299102359

On mac I have been getting constant firefox crashes when in gmail after a minute or on other work sites. I have tried it in toubleshoot mode as well and it worked fine a little longer but still crashed. Crash IDs in attached image.

Hello, I use the Manage Bookmarks / Library function a lot. However, it drives me crazy that the library always opens at the folder: Other Bookmarks/BSP2 trash folder . . . DO NOT REMOVE! I then have to navigate up to find the folder I need. This gets really tedious after a while.

Is there a way to get the library to open at another folder, preferably the most recent folder?

Good evening, I have a problem with the display of bold text on the Wordpress site editor.

I have already contacted the Wordpress experts and we have noticed that the problem does not exist with other browsers and does not depend on the brand of the PC, given that we have tried with different PCs and with different operating systems (Mac and Windows).

The problem really comes from the browser.

How can I solve it?

I changed my PC. Then i installed Firefox my new PC and login Firefox account. But my old PC's Firefox account all data will de deleted history passwords etc. It was looks like a new account. How can i restore my old data. My old PC was already formatted.

YouTube won't start playing in Firefox. No add-ons enabled. The page is fully loaded, but clicking on Play makes nothing.

The fix is to disable "User recommended performance settings" and then disable "User hardware acceleration when available".

The problem is that hardware acceleration is enabled by default. In Edge or Chrome hardware acceleration is also enabled but it won't break YouTube.

Firefox is running x 8 in my task manager at the moment. Why does it keep multiplying and slowing down my computer? I am almost ready to uninstall Firefox. If I merely need to revert to an earlier version of Firefox, please let me know how to do that. Thank you. Shannon

A tab for the Etsy website automatically appears every time FF starts up. How to stop this?

Just began after using the site a couple of times, but I did not indicate or click a setting on the Etsy site to ask for this.

All solution suggestions seem to be for pop-up ads, and don't work to block a website. Is there a way to block this?

while trying to stream a Live-Stream i unfortunately get the following error, while the stream is loading: "Playback cannot continue. No available working or supported playlists."

Is anybody else encountering this issue?

In error, I answered 'yes' to save an entry on a site to be my new login ID & pswd for that site. I want to get back to my original login ID & pswd. They told me I need to call my Browser FireFox to "get rid of my pre-saved login id & pswd". How do I do that? jerrybrown411@gmail.com

I am running Firefox 119.0 on Linux and am unable to stream video on many sites. I have tested a few sites, and the only site that actually works for streaming video is YouTube. The others either say 'Source Error' or just load forever.

Things I have tried:

• Accepting cookies (via site exception)

• Turned off Enhanced Tracking Protection for the site that won't stream video

• Turned off pop-up blocker

• Enabled auto-play of video and audio on the site

• Checked for updates of Firefox (but there are none available)

• Launched Firefox in Troubleshooting mode with all extensions and customizations disabled, but this makes no difference

At this point, after doing some online research and trying everything I can think of, I'm really out of ideas.

I would appreciate any suggestions or information anybody has.

when i have any of those 2 flags set to true it opens all links i middle click from firefox-view history all the way to left since firefox-view isn't a tab. I'd rather have it force them all to the right by default instead of it thinking i am not in a tab and have no tabs open

Have sold loads on Ebay using only Firefox as the browser. Tried to list another item a few days ago, and after entering the details on the first page (Item description and section to list it in) couldn't get beyond that page. The next page appeared not blank but as light grey filled rectangles where the text etc should be. Obviously tried reload. Same over the next day or so. In desperation, used Edge. No problems with that, using the same first page which Ebay had stored for me. Just tried again with Firefox - same fault.

I have two computers. One (this one) was down for repair, but it is operative again. A website I use has a popup music player. It works fine on the other computer. Popups are enabled on this computer, but the player does not work. The pop up opens, but the player never appears. Any ideas as to a solution?

Firefox not responding to general websites on the web (Ex: Amazon.com, etc.). I have several Mozilla-recommended security extensions that may be working against my firefox connecting to these general-in-nature websites.
