htm.part files are freezing up Firefox when I refuse to save them; why? Using latest Win 10, Firefox 103.0.1, Roboform, Norton 260 Premium. I don't want to save part files as I don't know if I can trust them.

Background; Yesterday I had corrupted file in Windows 10. Windows 10 wouldn't open and the solution was to reinstall Windows but save my data but lose the apps. When I reinstalled Firefox, all of my book marks were gone.

I have gone to the support articles provided and pulled and tried to locate my "old" profile. I couldn't my last attempt was to go the Profiles Manager ( about Profiles). I see the Profile default and I see the Profile default release. I have switched between the two and neither are My Old Profile.

The question: I want to be sure I have exhausted all possibilities in locating my Old Profile, before i start the manual rebuild process?

Also I have by data backed up in Carbonite, but I don't know if is backed up there or how to find it.

I can download extensions and add them to firefox, but I can not pin them into the browser. 3 of them pinned themselves, but the rest are missing. If I click the 3 bars in the upper right of the browser, I can find the extensions in the settings. I can enable them, but I can not figure out how to find the extensions in firefox. How do I pin them or use them?

I am always receiving this error when I visit Lowes.com.

Before Sunday FIrefox would sync your bookmarks, passwords and everything you had before. They turned it off and told NO ONE. Google Chrome will has sync that puts in your bookmarks, passwords and everything. TURN IT BACK ON. PEOPLE CAN SYNC BOTH THEIR COMPUTER AND THEIR PHONE!

I am concerned someone may have accessed my Firefox account 2 days ago. I wish to collect as much info as possible as in device details and IP/location so as to trace it

All I have is the name displayed in firefox security settings - Logged out of ⁨Firefox Mobile 103, Android 9⁩

Any idea where I can get a Firefix devide login history with more information please?

When I'm in Yahoo mail inbox, I can see and read my (new) mail, but most of the commands don't work and I cannot see emails older than 2020 (it just shows blank lines for them). The emails never get read, nor can I check the boxes for commands. I disabled and refreshed with my uBlock, but it doesn't have any effect. Yahoo works normally when tried on Chrome.

Recently I began having a problem in Firefox on Facebook. After a bit of scrolling on facebook, there is a pause, then suddenly facebook autoscrolls very quickly, sometimes jumping down 6 to 8 posts at a time. It only happens in Firefox, but it has been so for a few weeks now. Any ideas how to fix it? (Or is it something Mozilla needs to fix?)

i don't know why but my default browser when i search something is yahoo and i don't want that i want google because i know how to use it and this happened before but but i fixed it in settings and now in settings it says my default browser is Firefox i know but nothing about when you search something and it takes you to google please help me fix this i fricking out

NOTHING MIGRATED. I downloaded the latest Firefox because nothing was working on previous versions, obviously. I tried to see if the updated version would migrate all of my tabs and bookmarks. It even showed me how to access them after I updated it! EVERY TIME I opened the tab of the downloaded new version it was clear that my information from the older versions had not migrated over. I had kept the version with my tabs and bookmarks open to check, just in case.

Then I thought, well, maybe I just need to reboot my computer as a whole.

So I did that.

Guess what?

ALL OF MY BOOKMARKS AND TABS ARE GONE. This is my work computer and I had a significant amount of information I was using. Gone.

I recently upgraded my hard drive. I made a backup of the mozilla folders but now i have no idea where to restore these folders in order to restore all my bookmarks / settings etc.

Please help....

So, Firefox automatically updated (to 103.0.1), and somehow or other the sidebar with all the bookmarks disappeared. Normally, this would take me about 10 seconds to find where the function was hidden, and turn it back on. No big deal--just a petty nuisance. Now, however, this function has been hidden so well, that I have no clue where to look.

I understand that interfaces change, and not everyone works the same way, but that's no excuse for flat out taking away a tool that some people (no matter how small a minority) still use on a regular basis, just in the dubious name of 'fashion.' Leave well enough alone. If I wanted my tools changed and moved on an irregular and capricious basis, I'd stick to Microsoft.

Now, please tell me how to get my bookmarks side bar back, or put together an update that makes it functional again.

I do not see the sync option in the drop down menu, also i do not see a way to sign in from within Firefox i had to go to he website to do it, please advise. thanks jorge

I have always used Firefox to access my Theta wallet using a Trezor. No problems. It will now not access. I have latest updates to Trezor, Firefox. I can access my Trezor Suite wallet no problems. I have allowed pop-ups for the trezor wallet and theta wallet. My connection to Theta wallet via Trezor was noticed 3 weeks ago approximately.

I am continually failing to log into my Netspend account on the internet, inserting my correct password and username. How can I correct this condition ? In the Firefox logins (about logins), I have corrected both username and password to be identical to what Netspend has for my account.

Looks like there's no available data.... I want to be able to import the data I used on July 2021 but it is nowhere to be found... How can I get a hold of an old version of my data?

After the latest update, Firefox loaded huge. It does not fit screen on Windows 11. I have not made any changes that would cause it to load so big. The actual pages are ok, it is the part with the toolbars that is huge, so if I click on something on a toolbar, I can't get to the bottom because it is so big. I've tried changing the view, etc. with no luck. I've cleared my cache and reinstalled it 3 times. No luck getting it back to what it was before the last update. Please help.
