Lorsque je veux regarder une émission en direct sur Arte.tv ou une émission en replay, le son n'est pas activé automatiquement. Je dois aller dans les réglages du son de mon interface Manjaro Linux Cinnamon pour activer le volume sonore qui est à zéro sur ce site. Je ne rencontre pas ce problème avec les sites de France Télévision (France 2 ou France 3). J'utilise la dernière version de Firefox v 101.0.1 64 bits

Hello, I've used AddBlock successfully for years but now , to my utter dismay, It has stopped functioning. I tried unsuccessfully to reset Firefox . I've searched and tried all the solutions I could find, but my FF browser still shows my timezone as Central, which is two hours ahead of my timezone, Pacific. MS Edge displays correctly, it's just FF that has the issue. There are a couple of add-ins that say they can update the timezone in FF, but not sure if I should use them (not trusted).

I verified that privacy.resistFingerprinting is set on false. Also, my control panel timezone is correct and set as Pacific, but just to see if it would correct it, I changed it and did a restart, changed it again and did a restart, and FF is still displaying Central time.

I'm really confused about how profiles and sync work together for what I assume is a pretty common use case, especially now will all the WFH. I have two devices:

1. Personal laptop 2. Work laptop

I'd like to keep my bookmarks, history, addons etc separate, but be able to access my work environment when working from home on my personal laptop. I've read a lot about profiles and sync and multi-account container but I'm still confused as to how I achieve what I'm trying to do.

Having multiple profiles on one device is straightforward. But AFAIK if I attach two profiles to the same sync account, and try to sync both between two devices, it will only sync one of the profiles (and then merge everything if I try to sync the other). And if I have two separate sync accounts (work and personal), each with a single profile, I can't switch between them without also merging everything. How does one achieve this then?

So I was doing some simple online school work and my browser keeps crashing. Its been doing it for a few days now. I click on a link that sends me to firefox? Crash. Click on another tab? Crash. I watch a video. Crash. It also glitches sometimes where I click back on one of the tabs and there are some black squares on a webpage. I have a feeling it has something to do with me trying to fix the usable RAM issue, but idk. Is there a solution that will help solve this issue?

When I right click on an image in Firefox, and choose the "Copy Image" option, it never works. In fact, it hasn't worked in years for me, and that's on numerous PCs, with Windows 7 and Windows 10. I'm doing this so I can paste images into Photoshop. It looks like, instead of copying the image itself, it's just copying the image file, but this means I can't paste it into Photoshop.

the certificate on my linksys lrt 214 router not recognized. used to be able with previous versions to bypass security with advanced tab no longer able to do this cannot use older versions of firefox to bypass. need to access web interface of router at 192.168.1.1 to upgrade certificate but cannot. linksys does not have a work around. please help

How do I enable Javascript on Firefox Android? There are many so-called solutions on the net, but the one with "about-config" does not work; it just starts a search. According to mozilla it does not work on mobile devices anyway. So, does anyone really know? Cheers

Hi, is there any fix for the following? The functionality is intentional but it is absolutely maddening, so I'm hoping there is a plugin workaround or something:

The user should never be in a position where one simple wrong move obliterates things they've saved (even if it is a recoverable situation). To say 'the user must close windows in a certain order else lose all the tabs they clearly don't want to lose' is just bizarre.

I have the latest FF. And this is my system configuration:

Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4170T CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz Installed RAM : 4.00 GB System type : 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Lately I've observed that my FF is eating up lot of my system resources (see Image) and is slowing things down. In Task Manager I've observed it's running several Processes. Is that normal? It's actually more than 31, as many Processes not shown in the image exist down in the list . Sometimes it shows 43.

So what's wrong? Any solutions?

I have been trying to load a particular website. https://metrobyt-mobile.com I can get it on other browsers. The funny thing about it is any other website comes in on Firefox. There is no problem with getting to any other website with Firefox. It is this specific website!! I can guess but I don't know that maybe that server is not responding when the translation from words to numbers is not working or is broken in some other way and does not respond.

I have a problem with how firefox is treating link to the file of type ".wotmod". For some reason firefox without asking is just opening file in the active tab (displaying it in the browser) when what I want to do is to download the file. Can i somehow force firefox to let me decide what to do with files of that extension? I did set action for all available ContentTypes to "Always ask" and I did check "Ask whether to open or save files" option in settings, but still Firefox is just opening those files in the browser. Other browsers like Chrome or Edge are letting me download the file, but I would prefer to use firefox for all my browsing needs. Recently, when I use this browser, some of my Yahoo emails received are garbled and resemble computer code. But I don't have this problem if I use Chrome or my android phone. It is a recent problem and does not affect all my emails.

Can not access PDF on a specific website when using Firefox 101.0. I can access with Google Chrome. Was told by the website that "we recommend using the most recent versions of either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Other browsers, such as Safari or Firefox, are not compatible and will cause viewing issues. Our best suggestion at this time would be to check and confirm that you are using the most recent browser version." I prefer Firefox, so does anyone have a suggested fix for Firefox?

I'm using Firefox 102.0 (64-bit) on Win 10. When I click on the download icon of email attachments or Whatsapp files, firefox opens the pdf files in a new tab instead of downloading them. All other file formats are downloaded correctly instead. How can I correct this problem, please?

Since 2 days ago, I've been unable to stream Amazon prime videos via Firefox. I'd get the error "Video unavailable. For assistance, please go to amazon help".

Amazon prime videos stream fine in Chrome Amazon prime app on my Android phone also works fine.

I have tried everything on the amazon help page (unless they don't apply), still won't work.

(List of their tips:

   * Close the Prime Video app on your device (or your web browser, if you're watching on your computer).
   * Restart your computer or connected device.
   * Ensure that your device or web browser has the latest updates.
   * Ensure that you’re not using the same account on multiple devices - you can only stream the same title to two devices at a time.
   * Ensure that any external device is connected to your TV or display using an HDMI cable that is compatible with HDCP 1.4 (for HD content) or HDCP 2.2 (for UHD and/or HDR content).
   * Pause other Internet activity – especially if other devices are using the network at the same time.
   * Check your Internet connection. You may need to restart your connected device and/or router.
   * If you’re able to connect to the Internet on other devices, update your connect device’s DNS settings. Please check with your device’s manufacturer for further details.
   * If you’re attempting to control a device using Alexa, try to unpair then pair the device again in the Alexa app.

Similar issue with Audible. Cannot play anything via Firefox. It's just frozen. Audible app on my phone works fine.
