Everytime I want to upgrade I have the same problem. A normal upgrade goes normal , but then the new version goes checking the addons for compatibility and there it does'nt go further.

Also when I first remove the entire installation of firefox and then want to install I get the same problem

I had had WOT installed for a couple of yrs. and I had no problems with it and depended on it to help me from going to nefarious sites. Then one day I received on screen that my homepage was a disreputable site. So, I deleted it. This morning I decided to install it again to see what would happen and indeed when I went to my home page, I received the warning that this was a disreputable site. Again, I deleted it but I certainly do miss it.

I have had few problems with Firefox which I have been using since I first had a computer...just a few minor things which were easily sorted out. Since I downloaded Firefox 9.0.1, I have about 3 to 5 minutes to enjoy it before it crashes. I restart over and over and the same thing happens. Sadly, I am forced to use Chrome for now and want my Firefox back. I hope you can help.

I think I have asked the question as best I can. On Internet Explorer, I could click on the lower right and change from 100% to 150%.

Given my eyesight, this change would be enormously helpful.

I have tried right clicking on the Bookmarks listing on the left, but no menu appears. I don't need or want two Bookmarks lists, and I prefer to use the one on the right that only shows when I click on it. The new one is empty (no Bookmarks saved), but that empty column takes up space I don't want wasted!

Firefox won't open--crashes in normal and safe mode. Browser does not open at all, instead I get the crash reporter.

I have downloaded all current Windows updates and scanned my computer.

I bookmarked a website and now it is appearing to the left hand side of my browser window every time it's running. I want to get rid of this but I can't figure out how.

What is so strange about the phrase "rectangular, orange Firefox button"??? It is a relatively new feature and you can access several functions by clicking on it....I had it on my window...now it no longer is there....what other details can I give????

I installed the latest Firefox and now have no status bar or any kind of bar at the top, just a "reload current page" icon and a back arrow.

When I click on feedback (either happy or sad), Firefox brings me to a page that says, "Oh! So, you want to offer us feedback on the next version of Firefox. Thank you, but you'll need to be a part of our Beta Program," (https://input.mozilla.com/download). I also tried uninstalling the beta and reinstalling it, but I received the same message.

Firefox 3.5.1 running on Vista has stopped working, no error messages. Tried to uninstall and install updated version. Get message that I must first close Firefox, however it is not visibly running.

Windows says FireFox needs to be updated but cant be because two instances of it are running, that's not true. Happens every time I open FireFox
