Whenever I sign into Firefox, all my themes, add-ons/extensions are added via Firefox Sync. That's fine, but the problem I have is that whenever I sign into any Firefox browser, an old theme I used to have that I no longer have on my account keeps coming back, and I've tried to find solutions to this issue, but none have had this kind of issue. It may be similar to issues those have had, or currently have, but I can't seem to do anything to remedy this issue.

Keep in mind that this is not a Firefox browser issue, it is an account issue.

I'd be deeply grateful to any assistance you may have for me.

Why can't I get on viewmyaccount.com?It is for a financial service lpl finance. I was told not to go to viewmyaccountlpl.com.but to stay with viewmyaccount,com only.

I am using a Banking website to look at Balances and such. All working OK with Login, View, Edit. When I open a specific window I get a Technical error.

The window is a secondary page that allows me to view, edit my future payments. It was working until about 3 versions of FireFox. The Bank tells me that the problem is not at their end but at mine and they suggest it seems to be a block of the secondary window. I have tried to adjust HTTP and HTTPS all to no effect. Is their some debug log I can send to help with the issue to get a solution?

Every time i open Firefox a little window comes up and says for a fraction of a second that im using an older version of Firefox (Even though that i'm using the latest) and then it crashes. I've tried everything, from reinstalling, rebooting, making exceptions in the firewall and even manually installing Firefox, but nothing. Before anyone asks, i do not have AVG, Avast or Commodo, and the Firewall is the basic Windows one. The issue is very similar to this one:https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/970099. I also tried what they said, but unfortunately nothing woks for me.

Opening firefox or a new tab is huge. goingto sites kike CNN or Amazon also are too large to use easily. Al,ost like Zoomimg to 400 percent but I am at 100 percent

after your last update my forge of empires doesnt fit my screen anymore. I tried zoom and 80% zoom and it doesnt help. I have to scroll up and down to see the whole screen. It seems like the menu bar is taking up too much room can I make the bars on top smaller? What else can I do

I have two Mozilla accounts that I no longer have the emails for. I do not wish for my data to be indefinitely stored, and cannot verify the security code as I no longer have access to my email as I deleted these emails.

Does Mozilla recycle inactive accounts after some time? I know that the accounts are stored in an encrypted state and thus the email will not be able to be changed my Mozilla.

Hi, I have this problem which I never faced before, and I could not find a solution to it online. Could you please help me! It only appears in your browser. Which is a pink layer on YouTube videos. I get this add every now and then at the bottom right. only from this store. I have popups disabled and no exceptions. It's not always, but sometimes it shows up. Especially when I start up my computer. If I click it away, it stays away for a long time. I found a similar question in the archive but the answers didn't help my question. Before you tell me this is not a Firefox issue - this option is disabled in my Google account. I closed the browser, rebooted the PC, yet this annoying pop up on every site I visit is driving me insane.

Is there anything in Firefox that I can update/change to make it stop?

More and more sites can no longer be accessed by Firefox. I work for Lowe's and it started with store site. Then other sites no longer could be reached. Now I cannot login in to my employee account. Always some message regarding incorrect protocol or certificate or some other security issue. None of these sites are bogus. I have tried all the suggestions given in support but it just keeps getting worse. I have used Firefox for years but will be forced to abandon it if I cannot find a solution soon. If you can help, please do.
