Hi Mozilla,

I am using a Banking website to look at Balances and such. All working OK with Login, View, Edit. When I open a specific window I get a Technical error.

The window is a secondary page that allows me to view, edit my future payments. It was working until about 3 versions of FireFox. The Bank tells me that the problem is not at their end but at mine and they suggest it seems to be a block of the secondary window. I have tried to adjust HTTP and HTTPS all to no effect. Is their some debug log I can send to help with the issue to get a solution?

It will be hard to troubleshoot if we cannot replicate nor see the issue.

Hi Mozilla,

Yes I did try in Safe mode and that worked until logging off and then restarting FireFox.

Since the most recent FireFox update Safe Mode no longer works.

I can still login to the site and perform some rudimentary tasks but when I want to edit/view a payment I get the error message as posted.

If I use my Tablet to login I have no problem although the Tablet uses Chrome and not Firefox.

I can try the tablet with FireFox and report back.

Is their a log file or setting list that I can send that will help.

If Safe Mode works, then it sounds like an add-on may be causing the issue. Try another widows account without signing into your Firefox account to see if you have the same issue. If it works under the new windows account, you will need to figure out witch add-on is causing the issue. Also, when the pop-up doesn't show are you seeing an indicator showing that something was blocked?
