MY ORIGINAL ACCOUNT EMAIL IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. WHEN I TRY TO LOG IN ON A NEW COMPUTER FIREFOX SENDS A CODE TO AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT I CAN NOT ACCESS. HOW DO I GET THE CODE SENT TO MY SECONDARY EMAIL?

when browsing on certain websites, some elements take very long to load. Here is an example of the issue: https://puu.sh/J3hYt/1c315cc64a.mp4

On other browsers such as Google Chrome these elements load instantly after clicking on them.

I have uninstalled all addons and accepted all cookies, I also tried to disable hardware acceleration, all to no avail.

Clearing the cache and opening in troubleshoot mode did not help, hence repeated question. All attachments open in Edge and Chrome but I like Firefox so very like to fix the problem. Many thanks for help on this

I currently have this add-on installed. It allows you to you highlight certain text, then right click and open up a link to Wiktionary in another tab. Up until a few minutes ago, this menu item was at the very top of the list (i.e. above "undo" and all the rest), but now it's been moved down with all the other add-ons. Image for further clarity.

The add-on hasn't been updated in 6 years, so it's certainly not that. I don't recall doing anything to make it change, but before this, it had been at the top of the menu ever since I added it maybe 2 years ago. Is there any potential way to restore this functionality? The fact that it appeared at the very top of the menu might have been a bug, but if that's the case, it was certainly a convenient one.

Anyway, I'll be looking forward to hearing from you fine folks in this community.

I cannot seem to narrow this down. I am getting a ntdll.dll exception within the error that I see in Event Viewer -> Application logs. This issue is reproducible on two different computers, opening various sites. I suspected it was extensions (as those would be a commonality) but I had the same crash occur in Troubleshoot Mode. It does happen less frequently on a newer machine, but it still happens. I find that opening something such as YouTube or The New York Times makes it crash faster, meaning some performance thing.

Attached are two distinct errors that happen each time.

Hello, I just recently restarted my computer. After I did, Firefox asked me to sign in again. I did, but now I'm on a new account without any of my other profiles. This happened once before and I was able to get my old account back, but I forgot how I was able to do that. How can I sign back into my old account?

Over the last year or so, I've had to switch to Chrome to load some pages properly. reCAPTCHA is proving to be a particular problem - which I'm told is powered by Google? I could be blocking Google content too much within my Firefox browser?

My wife is a long-term Chrome fan and says, "I don't know why you bother with Firefox, Chrome is much better", but I rebuke and say, "No! It's been great over the years, I've been using it since 2003".

Do I need to change my settings somewhere? At times certain pages don't load - it'll say 'Click Verify; or something similar and the 'Verify' button doesn't appear - I load the same page in Chrome, and boom, it's all there.

Am I doing something wrong with Firefox? I have version 100.0.2 (64-bit). Or is it time to give in to the mighty Google and go to Chrome after loyally using Firefox/Mozilla since 2003? (A daft thing to ask on a Firefox forum, I know!).

I use a touch screen HP laptop. And when I shopping or just reading news and there is a picture on the page or site it pops up, even if I do not touch it. I can not see the text behind it. I know it is a setting some here because if i go to trouble shooting mode it does not happen. i have checked and unchecked every thing I can fine and nothing helps but trouble shooting mode. So when I close out and reopen Firefox trouble back. I have not tried other browsers because I only like Firefox

Hello... EVERY time I try to sign into my Yahoo email, I have to go through hoops to actually get there. When I click the box that says ...never ask on this device again, your system ignores it. This "Added Security" is not helpful. nor is it adding any security to anything. All you are doing is making me look for other web browsers. Google Chrome does not do this. Safari does not do this. Opera does not do this. I do not need to be contacted via text message, OR ANY OTHER WAY, to gain access to MY email account. Stop holding me hostage!!

Please tell me how to get rid of this absolutely horrible "feature."

In running version 100.0.2 (64-bit) and recently started getting the below error in Jenkins No valid crumb was included in the request(have been running Jenkins for over 2 years and never had this issue)

When I switch over to a Private Window the issue no longer occurs.

I tried the exact same webpage in Chrome browser and it works without having to go to a private mode.

Any Ideas ?

I cannot find the right thing to change in about :config to stop the address bar stealing all my searches, it is quite irritating. I have just bought two new computers and on first I managed eventually, but have been 8 hours trying to figure it out ( as in what I did before) I am not tech savvy so only managed before by searching info online. Can anyone help with this ?

Hi there, I have not been able to log into my school account from my firefox browser which is my preferred browser. I thought it was something with my school account, but i discovered i can open it on any other browser out there. Any suggestions? I have cleared all cookies from this site. Thank you in advance,
