After the latest auto update all of my history, tabs/windows, and bookmarks were deleted and I can't recover them. I have tried importing bookmarks and it does not allow me to upload an old data file and I can't restore my previous session. I tried checking both profiles but neither had my information saved and now when I open the about:profiles says "Another copy of Firefox has made changes to profiles. You must restart Firefox before making more changes."

I'm scared to try anything else because I don't want to mess anything up further but I really need my tabs and history back.

I restarted my computer and then reopened firefox and it had updated and I noticed my bookmarks were gone but my windows/tabs were open, so I tried to choose a file on the bookmark backup and nothing was happening so I restarted and after that all my history and tabs were gone and I couldn't restore them.

Can not use the modzilla VPN purchased for my 2017 Macbook Air. Operating system will not support it! Required credit card reversal for Mozilla receipt ZPQWEQ-0001 March 31/26.

Every time I accidentally close Firefox I lose all my saved groups on reopening. I can see they are still there but cannot see how to open them. They are such a great innovation. Please make it easier to restore them from previous sessions. Going through a search history and restoring them one by one is hugely time consuming when they are already there and just inaccessible. btw, I tried using scrounger (via troubleshooting) but the "Save List" is greyed out.

I just updated my browser less than a week ago. Today I got another notification for yet another update. This logs me out of everything.

WHY so many and so frequent are firefox browser updates. I am about to stop using this brower if it continues. It's very disruptive!

when I try to log into my gmail account, it is asking me to verify by log in first to an inactive account that was linked to my gmail account. with Chrome I have no problem log in to my gmail account

When using Firefox on a Mac, how can we set the Mozilla VPN to one specific country for one tab only? There are instructions for doing so, but it's only applicable to Firefox for Windows.

Tried to access "https://www.macys.com/" and now getting messages that say "Access Denied You don't have permission to access the requested URL on this server. Reference: 0.6424c317.1775505084.b8df2147"

I gather this has something to do with the new VPN Beta Tab on my Firefox window that I didn't ask for and cannot figure out how to get rid of - or turn off.

Hi, I set a primary password so that this is required when I first sign in to Firefox but although the request for the password shows up, I realise I only need to press 'cancel' and firefox is opened.

Moved from Windows to Mac and now facing this issue, so it seems to be a Firefox + Mac OS compatibility issue.

Have turned on screen recording permissions in Mac settings and some other accessibility permissions that have been suggested and nothing helps.

Will need to use a different browser just to screen share.

When Fox News has a new article and I click on it to read, I now get a 500 Error over a blank page. Is there a way to correct this? It has never happened before and only seems to have appeared in the last update of last week.
