I was injured and in the hospital a long period. my phone number was changed by my daughter from [telephone number] to [telephone number] my email changed because cable one closed all their accounts. It now is [email address]. Now I cannot log into my facebook account no matter what I do. It is the way I get in touch with my friends and relatives. What happened to my account? I was asked to log in with my name, Eileen Dueck and click on my picture to get in but that does not work. Nothing else works either. Please find my account and restore it.cannot l

I can't scroll down my Outlook Email folders. I have maybe 30 folders, but I can only see the first/top 12 or so, starting with Inbox, etc. I can scroll down my emails. I have asked Microsoft Support 3 times, so I have deleted addons, cleared cache, tried Private Window, but still no joy. The folders are all visible on my cell phone (Android), but I really want full use of Hotmail again on my laptop. It has been a problem for a few months. I cannot update my OSX, so cannot install/use another browser, and probably not update Firefox either from 78.15.Oesr. Thanks in advance.

I have received an email requesting that I update my browser before the 31 march 2024 in order to still have access to my Mozilla account.

I wish i could update firefox but my computer and operating system are at least 10 years old. And updating my operating system (to be able to use a newer version of firefox) will create havoc on my computer.

I really like using firefox, I've used it for many years. And it's indeed very practical to be able to sync between my phone firefox browser and on my laptop.

I just wanted to share my disappointment that people like me will no longer be able to use their account and browser properly. Some of us cannot or do not want to update everything all the time and wish to be able to use basic functions of apps/programs they like.

Thank you for this very good product. I'm just sorry I won't be able to use it properly anymore.

If you know of any solution to this problem, I would be very glad to try it.

My apple computer is 2008 imac and on the 78.15.Oesr and no more updates exist, will i still be able to use firefox web browser after March 31st

my mac desk top is version 10.11.6 its from year manufactured 2008 no more updates available, dont understand how to keep my old desk top from 20087 usable with firefox after March 31st 2024

How do I update Firefox? Or is this system out of date? I run OS X Yosemite 10.10.5

I am not a "techie" kind of person, so please bear with me. I received the email from Mozilla telling me to update my Firefox.

Will Firefox 78.15.0 continue to work on my Mac after March 31, 2024? I do not use Sync. I do have many bookmarks and saved passwords. The email from Mozilla is a bit unclear what will happen. I am using an older computer running Mac OS 10.10.5 and cannot update to a newer system, so I cannot update Firefox. Thanks very much.

Hi I recieved an Email Notification From Firefox Mozilla saying that i need to Upgrade my Forefox Browser on my MacBook Pro 2009 ( Operating System Yosemite Version 10.10.5 ) by 31st of march.my Firefox is set to update automatically

 so,  Is this a Legit Notification or a scam 
and , if legit, how do i go about doing it without updating my Operating system

I am trying to go to a webpage but I can't the page content correctly as I do on my phone or ipad. Do I have to use Firefox? Is an update needed...my computere says I'm using an updated version. Help! It's important for my son's HS project and deadline is tomorrow.

The top informational header for my Earthlink email has vanished on Firefox. I still receive email but cannot reply/forward via Firefox. a complete and correct Earthlink email is still found on internet and their website.

How do I get the header for my email back on Firefox?

I refreshed Firefox, now my logins are all gone and when I input them to sites, click on Save, nothing will save. Also my Facebook page is not missing half the stuff on the page.

Hi there, Please see attached image of screenshots of searches on Firefox and Chrome. The Firefox search images are incomplete whereas the Chrome images are complete. This has only started happening on Firefox recently. Can you please help me resolve this issue. I have cleared the cache & cookies, restarted my macbook etc but nothing has worked. I'm using an iMac with OS X El Capitan 10.11.6. I am using Firefox 78.15. When I click on links, nothing happens. I have to right click and select "open link in new tab." I suspected it might be an out-of-date Add-On. So, I disabled all add-ons and restarted Firefox. It had no effect.

This problem is getting annoying Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I have images in a photo gallery site. All of a sudden several months ago many images on every page failed to show, while a few others do show - but my main "collection" page does show every image it has in it. The web site tries to tell me the problem is one of my settings, but this problem started on an old Mac with old browser versions, BUT, this week I bought a new Mac with the top OS, and downloaded all new browser versions - - and the problem still happens exactly like before.
