I'm trying to use ecosia but something is blocking their ads on the browser. - Whitelisted it on Ublock Origin - Disabled Enhanced Tracking Protection to ecosia's url

I tried disabling a lot of privacy settings on about:config but it didn't solve. My add-ons that could affect something is Ublock Origin and User-Agent Switcher and Manager (i disabled this second and didn't solve either) What should i do?

Every other search I do a Redirect Notice pops up. How do I get rid of this. Have used MS Edge and this browser does not have the problem, I am reluctant to transfer to Edge but will if I can't resolve this issue.

Can you please tell me how to get my extensions to appear on the toolbar? As you can see from the image (titled "forFirefox03"), only one is shown.

The images (titled "forFirefox01" and "forFirefox02") show all the extensions that I would like to have on the toolbar.

I've included the "About Firefox" (titled "forFirefox04") to show you which browser version I have.

I don't know if I need to show you the title names, but I'm used to Microsoft Answers, where I can put the images between the text, and here, I can't, so I'm assuming I have to show you them as names and images.

When selecting "Open in Firefox" in the "What do you want to do with this file?" box or on about:preferences and then opening a PDF file on the web, instead of downloading the file to RAM and opening it with its online address, Firefox downloads the PDF to /tmp/mozilla_${USER}0 and opens it from there. This also adds it to the download history. I have set the about:config flag browser.download.start_downloads_in_tmp_dir to true so the files I just open and don't want to permanently download don't clutter my $HOME/Hämtningar (downloads) folder. I tried to first prevent that by selecting the default action to do when tasked to open a PDF, but that didn't fix it, so I set the about:config flag. Unfortunately, setting the default action stopped Firefox from opening a PDF inline without downloading it and I cannot find any option along the lines of "Preview in Firefox" (as described in this support article ).

A few days ago I was downloading a ZIP file and was warned that "This file contains a virus or malware". Fine, thank you for telling me but now how do I seeing the same warning every time I start Firefox? The file in question does not exist on my computer so far as I can tell and I did a thorough search through 3.5tB of storage on the machine to make sure. How do I stop this warning?

Good morning, I have problem with printing on Firefox. On the earlier version view in the filed printers look:" name_printer on print server" but now its look: "\\print_server\name_printer". Please check this because this problem occurs in many users in my company.

When switched to mobile hot spot from wifi [and viceversa] Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can. I am facing this issue recently like from a month or so. Before that all working fine. I have already tried the troubleshooting steps from here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-cant-load-websites-other-browsers-can, Still no luck! Note:Whenever i switch to mobile hot spot i have to restart laptop to make Firefox work.

Is there any permanent solution for this problem?

Firefox is my favourite browser so I prefer using it in all my online activities. When I go to Adobe Firefly though, I consistently get a warning that this browser is not compatible and they suggest using Chrome, Safari or the latest version of Firefox !!! I am using the latest version available, 127.0.2 but Adobe does not detect it correctly. I have to switch to Chrome, that I'm not very fond of. I saw that a similar issue was posted 10 months ago but it's now archived and I can't even include a link to it here :( So, I hope this comment helps in case others have the same problem. Hi I'm running into an issue where I'm trying to save files while retaining their original filenames, but '%' characters are changed into an underscore when I try to save it. I've tested this with Google Chrome but it doesn't run into this issue. Is there a setting or workaround so that Firefox will leave the filenames alone?

I've recently switched back to Firefox from Edge and have run into a frustrating issue.

When I try to print documents from Firefox, the "Color Mode" in the print settings is grayed out so I can't select B&W.

This same problem exists both on my MacOS laptop + my Windows 11 desktop. Additionally, they are connected to different printers on different networks. It also occurs whether I'm trying to print a PDF or anything else in Firefox.

Based on this, it appears Firefox is the culprit here.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

It has recently come to my attention that Mozilla may not continue to support Firefox browsers installed on Windows 7 computers after Jan. 2023, when the extended support for Windows 7 ends. Is that correct?

Will Firefox continue to work, but not receive security updates after that date?

Will Firefox still work on a Windows 7 computer that gets patches from 0Patch?

I need help i'm using polish language always on many websites.

When i typing letter "ó" which using key combination Right ALT+O always my brower opening "Open file" dialog window. this is annoying always.

Many sites write that it can not be changed?

Why does the browser open this dialog with this shortcut when there is another shortcut for it? Ctrl+O. Why two another shortcut doing te same job?

As of today, I am unable to scroll with my mouse in google sheets. The scroll bar on the right disappears and I'm taken to the bottom of the spreadsheet and can't scroll back up. I have to use CTRL+Home and then the arrow keys to go down the rows. This appears to be only on Firefox. I tried a different browser and it worked fine.

I have checked on other browsers (Edge and Opera), and I have no problem with them. Its also ok on my mobile phone ... with Firefox !
