italic textI think the virus is blocking my internal and using my sim card and I need help updating my apps or I won't have any, Google one is in for service, also the virus is stopping my smaller antiviruses from working properly and keeps switching the VPN off, my apps are important though,I haven't got many left and Google is no help

Firefox Android just crashed when opening a bunch of bookmarks and then again every time I wanted to report a crash. I hope someone here can forward this to whoever usually receives the crash reports.

When opening a website, the url has a padlock with a red line thru it (unsecured), the browser then waits about 5-8 seconds for the red line to disappear (secure )then begins loading the content. It behaves on win 10 and android devices. Upon refreshing Firefox on win 10, it got faster, but reverted. Unchecked wait for secure sites doesn't help.

Few days ago I downloaded something, but canceled it from the notification. Now a notification with the headline "Downloads" and the file name below keeps popping up every half an hour or so, when Firfox is closed or in the background. I can't click on it and restart it.

After selecting Mozilla as my default browser, I tried to perform a search but the only page that loads is the page that wants you to download Mozilla on desktop and android, which I already have. Each time I've tried to do a search with Firefox this is the page that appears, no search results of any kind, but when I switch my search to duckduckgo and perform the search I get results. Can someone please help me understand why I can't perform a search using firefox?? Thank you in advance for your help!

I'm trying to login to my Firefox sync account, and when I login with email or qr code I get stuck with the screen saying warning. Soon after I left my phone to login and came back 15 minuets, and it continued "working".

When I am finished with a tab and close it, and then close down Firefox app, when I click back into Firefox the tabs that I have closed are still there open. How can I stop this from happening without having to "quit" and clear cache etc all the time? Surely when you close a tab it should stay closed?

Nord threw me out, every time I click login it displays cookies are not enabled.

I have tried tracking on and off. It makes no difference. I have reported to Nord.

They’re asking me to install 2 cloudshare dns on my phone. I don’t want that. Is there anything I can do the fire fox end pls.

Ever since the new update my Firefox has deleted all my tabs and won’t let me open any urls. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no changes. The only solution I’ve seen that could work would be sending my log report, yet haven’t found anywhere to post said log. Overall I’m lost at where to solve my problem with my app crashing. For context I’m using an iPhone that’s currently running iOS 14.

the story here is I had my OS drive on my desktop completely fail, wouldn't write, wouldn't read, didn't have anything too important just games EXCEPT for the backups to my bookmarks, i got a new drive and installed firefox. when i logged in, my bookmarks weren't there and it synced with my mobile firefox and the bookmarks that i had before my OS drive failed on my phone also disappeared, Im just wondering if firefox mobile has backups of bookmarks and if It does how do I replace these backups on my mobile and if possible use the backups on mobile to fix my bookmarks on my pc.

My Firefox crash on my iPhone (IOS 16.2) since 108 update BUT ONLY when I connect/sync to my account (if I don't try to connect to account it works fine, but its then quite useless). Each time I reconnect =) CRASH (pop up says "hum firefox as crashed. do you want to reopen? I click ok = it recrashes again and again) I'm getting to you as I've tried ALL solving problem issues I could find but none seems to work. Basically I have: - Desinstalled and reinstalled the App (from store or link) 10 times already. - “Repaired” my Firefox account on PC in case it had someting to do with it. - Posted the issue on Apple IOS support which answered that if it runs ok on Mac PC then pbm come from Mozilla not IOS. - Posted the issue on French Mozilla support 5 days ago and get no answer NOTHING works and I can not get a crash report as FIrefox is not accessible once it has crashed right?
