Sadly, I am now forced to leave firefox. My passwords are getting "forgotten" more and more each day. Did i get hacked? Few passwords like proton mail I don't actually have anywhere else. Auto-Backup of firefox seems to be of the same day as the original??? So it loses the data then saves it twice? who designed this? I'm angry, not at firefox/mozilla. angry at myself for putting my trust in the first place. Chromium doesn't sync so it leaves me with chrome FFS. Does someone has a magic wand to recover the lost data? login.json is same day as original so not an option.

For some reason accounts/passwords are not syncing on Firefox across my iPhone and MacBook. I have both signed into the account and have set up sync but it is not sharing across the devices.

I am trying to sync to computers to the same firefox, bookmarks, passwords etc.

When I ask for a link, I get an e-mail that says click the link below but there is no link

I have an old Lenovo tablet running Firefox 68.11 in Android Kitkat (4.4)

This device has never synced before, and as you know Mozilla, for reasons known only to themselves, never made a simple bookmark export in the Android app.

My attempts to set up a sync has also failed, access to https://accounts.firefox.com is apparently inaccessible, the page never loads, except for the logo you can see below.

Am I just out of luck?

I am trying to sync my desktop Firefox data to my Android phone, a Samsung Galaxy S21+. In every help topic I read, it says to click the three dots on Android, go to settings and click "Sync and save data," then click "Ready to scan" and scan the QR code provided from my desktop account. The issue I am running into is that the "Sync and save data" option does not exist on my Firefox Android app. If I click on my profile on the phone, I can click "Sync" but it doesn't do anything. It does not work if I try to scan the QR code through the phone camera instead. I am at a loss for how to sync my Mozilla account on these two devices. My Firefox app is up to date. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

I made sure everything was synced and my account logged in prior to reinstalling windows. I log into the same account and nothing is there. Help! How can I recover the bookmarks and history that are clearly selected in my profile?

I accidentally cleared the Firefox app's data while my account was still logged in and now all of my account data is completely gone. Am I just done for or is there a way to get this back?

I love Firefox/Mozilla Sync and I use it a lot, but I've recently had a desire/need to set up a scenario that some may think perculiar - let me set the scene ...

• Work PC running Firefox - 1 profile
• Work VDI running Firefox - 1 profile
• Work laptop running Firefox - 2 profiles (work & personal)

Mainly for the sake of sending tabs to the appropriate Firefox profile on the laptop, I want/need to be able to config things in Sync to treat those 2 profiles as being different entities. Currently, it appears that all profiles on a device (or within the same user profile on a Windows computer) are treated as the same entity by Sync.

Any ideas on how to achieve what if trying to do? Is it possible with Firefox/Mozilla Sync?

BTW., for clarity, if it matters, the devices listed above are all Windows. FWIW., I also use FF on Android and Linux ... and MacOS.

you dont need a screenshot. its reral simple i am tired of nothing working right. i have added multiple wallets on my phantom app but it doesnt show up on my phantom wallet on my laptop. i have been hitting check for updates for 2 hours. why wont it update. and if i have to put in a 24 word secret phrase evertime i want to update my extension. then good bye firefox. then why have a check fofr updates button.

I have Mac, Windows, and Linux boxes. All show connected to Firefox Sync, however, bookmarks etc are only actually in sync between Windows and Linux. I've tried logging out on all devices, resetting passwords, reinstalling FF on the Mac. Can't seem to get it to work.
