I am on Windows 10. I utilize Firefox browser only. I have always been able to log in to my 53.com online account. Every time you update, it messes my 53.com online account. I don't have a problem with Google Chrome but do not use it because I don't like it. Your advice is appreciated.

I didn't know which topic to select. Just started the computer and there was a TrendMicro notice to restart my browser to complete an update -- I opened Firefox and it opened in two windows with notices about updates, but had lost all my tabs. Other times the situation is different, but the result is the same -- fifty or a hundred tabs gone -- I just noticed the toolbar is missing too so I'm going to send or submit this and turn it back on and see if that stupid extension that supposedly saves my tabs has saved anything, but often, when this happens, it hasn't saved anything for weeks! I've tried getting tech support from them but however these things works something isn't triggering it. One shouldn't need a CIS degree to be able to use a laptop. Thank you, you're awesome regardless.

Cannot delete items added to cart on patioslingsite.com using Firefox. Works ok using Google and Microsoft Edge browers. Using latest Firefox update on my Windows 10 OS and tried a few setting changes in Firefox without resolve. Is there a particular setting that needs to be changed or is there something else going on?

God, your programmers or other workers make these instructions so darn complex! I was a programmer and I now hate trying to find how to make a recommendation to you. Somebody went a bit berserk writing these supposed help pages.

You need that programmer to put a cursor at the beginning of the line where we type our description of the article to be saved. And that programmer has a lot of energy, so please allow us to search for the word that WE write as the description. For $4.99 a month, I expect both of these small software changes. We save so many articles and really need to be able to search for whatever code we write as the description of the saved article.

God only knows if this is going to the correct department. This website is a maze of information.

For the past few days, my picture-in-picture that shows up for videos always just goes to fullscreen. I am unable to resize the video or have anything else up, it just becomes a full screen of whatever I chose which defeats the purpose, I feel, of this setting.

Please help.

I have a constant problem with Chase.com - they are telling me it's Firefox, then it's because of the cookie blockers on FireFox. I have heard every excuse under the sun. I try to login, I get chase doesn't recognize device, then they send a one time code, which doesn't work, so I have to call them, they tell me it's Firefox causing the problem. I know that's a myth because the same thing happens on MS Edge. Is anyone else having this problem? Do you have any suggestions?

FF uses all memory. I start computer. Start FF to blank page. No Internet connection. No other programs running. Ran memtest before - all Crucial RAM good. If I leave FF on, doing nothing all RAM will be used. Linuxmint 20.3, FF 100. Does this happen with Windows or Mac?
