I have 4 different email accounts, all managed by IONOS. These have all been set up under thunderbird OK. But when I send an email from 1 of these email accounts I always have to enter my password for that a/c. With all the other accounts, this is not necessary. I do not use Thunderbird or Firefox password managers. I assume that I must have made an error in setting up the outgoing details when setting up that particular account in Thunderbird, but I cannot find a way of checking if that is the case.

I am using Firefox v125.0.2. When I open a PDF in Firefox it takes a lot of time to load. But, when the same PDF opened in the Edge browser it loads normally and scrolling through PDF pages renders fast. I have shared the screenshot of a single-page pdf loading taking quite a long time.

Could someone please help me with this.

After updating Thunderbird to 115.5.2 I receive an error when I check (get) messages of my gmail account : 'The STAT command did not succeed. Error getting message number and size......'. However, the messages do come in and so the error turns out false. since the authorization (OAUTH2) credentials are accepted.

I have my server settings check messages from startup; every 5min; automatically download new messages. That works fine. Again only when I goto "Get Messages" the error shows up.

What is wrong here and ho do I fix this? Thank you

Starting with my bank's web site, my user name/password is being challenged. I can't bank. Elsewhere, where my desk top has always been recognized, I'm now forced to log in each time...and I receive an email that a new device has just logged into my account. All of this suspiciously coincides with a recent browser update. On my bank feedback it's showing as Firefox "125"...when all previous logins were recorded as Firefox "124". Help!

Concurrent with the most recent automatic windows update (may or may not be the problem), Firefox with duck-duck-go will not go to almost any site. All I get is a spinning icon or a blank page, not even any error messages. This was even true trying to go to this page until I restarted in trouble shooting mode. Until I can get Firefox working again I have been using Chrome with duck-duck-go. Note any search, i.e. 'hotels in Italy' or even 'MSN' do the same: spinning icon or blank page!! Any help would be appreciated. Also I noticed that my bookmarks were missing and there was no bookmarks drop-down on my tools line. I have run malware bytes and it showed clean, same with CCleaner. I have re-installed Firefox; no difference. Please help. and also, any way to find and replace my extensive bookmarks list? I have reduced my privacy to near zero and turned off firewalls and all limits I could find while testing for that. That did not change anything.

Failure by filters whose action is to DELETE. As stated in subject. Uncomplicated.

Other filters work (they distribute msgs into specified folders).

in my 'podcasts' folder I have ~2 pages of folders of the type feeds.json-xxx.corrupt where xxx is some number, see attached image.

With the intention to re-subscribe to my feeds later, I have deleted all other folders in my podcasts folder. Trying to simply delete the feeds.json-xxx.corrupt folders did not work. How can I get rid of them?

When choosing biometrics for 2-factor authentication, sometimes Firefox will only prompt for a physical hardware key, and Touch ID does not work. Support for built-in biometrics is inconsistent.

For reference, I am using Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1 with an ARM processor.

I have had a few emails that did not show up in the inbox listing, so the message count at the top indicated more messages than were listed. Doing a search showed them, and by moving them from the search results to another folder, and then re-searching and moving them back, caused most of them to appear. But not all - I still have a message count of 20, but only 19 listed, see photo 1. Photo 2 shows the hidden email (from Barry Chandler). So the email is there, it's just not visible!

I'm on a Mac running Monterey 12.7.4. I've been using Firefox for years with no issues. All of a sudden Firefox can't load any websites. Message: "We can’t connect to the server at www.XXX.ca." But Safari loads all websites with no problems. I can't figure this out.

Thank you for your assistance in advance. Since I updated my browser, I've encountered some issues when trying to maximize the virtual screen in my tv. I use a Mac and connect the screen to a web TV to watch YouTube in my big tv. However, when I click to maximize the window, the connection becomes unstable, and the virtual screen disappears every time I click the YouTube icon to do this. This problem never occurred before. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Please let me know if you require any additional information from me.

I am a Salesforce (improveit! 360) user, exclusively browsing with Firefox for over 12 years without any problems. The most recent Firefox update 125.0.2 (64-bit) has caused an issue with my staff calendar. I have reached out to improveit! 360 they are a force.com developer and they will not help, said the error is caused by Firefox interpreting the code. I have figured out a work around to get the calendar to load correctly for a short term solution. Below is a screenshot of the error, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Since last update, Reminders pop up window will not close as before when the reminders are all cleared. Have too manually close the window. Saw this was an issue many versions ago that seemed to be cleared after an update. I could find no way to "fix" the issue. Is this a new bug?

First, I am disabled

When I goto to YT Homepage it will play all the sounds of the downloaded video's when I hover with the mouse.

But I want to hear the sound of that video AFTER I selected that Video or clicked on the title.
